Global Supply Training Company was founded in 1994 by Dick Locke, who founded and managed Hewlett-Packard's network of International Procurement Offices. He led live seminars in 13 countries around the world and trained hundreds of people in what makes international purchasing different and more challenging than domestic purchasing. In 2006, we changed our emphasis from live seminars to on-line training and placed the content with Next Level Purchasing LLC. Recently, we added training material on Supplier Quality and Social Responsibility to Next Level's courses.

Dick has a BSEE degree with a concentration in Computer Science and an MBA with a concentration in International Business. He is the author of Global Supply Management: a Guide to International Purchasing, a McGraw-Hill book published in 1996.
